1. Who controls the data
OGDiddo operates this independent PUBG statistics and streaming website and is the controller for personal data processed directly through it. Privacy requests can be sent through the official OGDiddo Telegram channel. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information.
2. Data we process
Visitor and technical data
- Your cookie-consent selection, stored in a first-party necessary cookie.
- Basic server and security logs that may contain an IP address, browser/user agent, requested URL, time and error information.
- Error diagnostics processed through Sentry, such as an error stack trace, affected route, time, browser or server runtime and technical context needed to reproduce a failure. Sentry is configured not to send request bodies, cookies, authentication headers or default personally identifiable information.
- Analytics and interaction data only after you actively allow Analytics cookies and only once the relevant services are connected.
PUBG and streaming data
The site displays public or platform-provided PUBG match telemetry, including player nicknames, match events and performance statistics. This is obtained from the PUBG API and is not collected directly from site visitors. Twitch video or external social content is requested only when you choose to open it or follow an external link.
3. Why we process it
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the site, based on our legitimate interests in providing a reliable service.
- To remember your privacy choice and deliver a feature you request.
- To understand site usage and improve the experience, only on the basis of consent where required.
- To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.
4. Cookies and analytics
Non-essential storage is denied by default. “Reject optional” remains as easy to select as “Accept all”, and you can reopen Cookie settings from every page footer. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only after the visitor grants Analytics consent. Consent choices are communicated through Google Consent Mode v2 and the Microsoft Clarity Consent API. 5. Recipients and international transfers
Data may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate the site, including hosting/database providers and Sentry for security and error diagnostics, Twitch when you request Twitch media, and—only after Analytics consent—Google and Microsoft for analytics. Some providers may process data outside your country. Where applicable, transfers rely on recognised adequacy decisions, contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
OGDiddo does not sell visitor personal data.
6. Retention
- Consent preferences: up to 6 months, then the site asks again.
- Technical logs and Sentry error events: only as long as reasonably necessary for security and troubleshooting, subject to configured provider retention and legal needs.
- Aggregated PUBG records: retained as part of the site’s historical statistics unless correction or removal is required.
- Analytics data: according to the configured service retention setting and only after consent.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need reasonable information to verify a request.
8. Security, children and automated decisions
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect the site, but no online system is completely risk-free. This site is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly seek their personal information. Visitor data is not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
9. Updates
This policy may change when features, providers or legal requirements change. The updated date above will be revised and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
