1. The service
OGDiddo.com is an independent informational and entertainment website presenting PUBG Motor Glider statistics, stream schedules, clips, news and related creator content. The site may change, pause or discontinue features when necessary.
2. Independent status
OGDiddo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KRAFTON, PUBG Corporation, Twitch, Google or Microsoft. Product names, games, platform marks and third-party content belong to their respective owners.
3. Permitted use
You may browse and share links for personal, lawful use. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with the service, overload or scrape it in a harmful manner, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, misuse player data, or use the site to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
4. Statistics and availability
Statistics are generated from platform APIs, match telemetry and automated matching. They may be delayed, incomplete or affected by third-party changes. We aim to correct confirmed errors but do not guarantee that every value, stream indicator, schedule or link is complete, current or uninterrupted. The content is not professional, financial or legal advice.
5. Intellectual property
Original OGDiddo branding, layouts, written content and site code are protected to the extent allowed by law. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission. Third-party data and media remain subject to their own licences and terms.
6. External services
The site links to or embeds services controlled by third parties. Their availability, content, privacy and terms are outside OGDiddo’s control. Opening an original Twitch source or another external link takes you to that provider.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OGDiddo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use, reliance on statistics, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Suspension and changes
Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect the site, users or third parties. These terms may be updated when the service or law changes. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived.
9. Contact and disputes
Questions may be sent through the official OGDiddo Telegram channel. The parties should first try to resolve disputes informally. Applicable mandatory law and consumer protections remain unaffected.
